Our Promises
We will always:
- Respect you, your team and your business – we know you know your business and your market best
- Give you as many options as we can about how to engage us, when to meet us, and how to solve the issues you ask us to look at
- Tell you in advance how much our service will cost, and what grants, if any, you may be eligible for
- Tell you who is responsible for your project and how to contact them
- Protect the information you give us, and keep things confidential unless you tell us its OK to talk about it
- Look for opportunities to promote your organisation to others
- Behave ethically and responsibly
- Keep you informed
We will never:
- Talk more than we listen (although sometimes we find this hard)
- Ignore you, flatter you or lie to you
- Avoid having difficult conversations with you when necessary
- Borrow your watch and then charge you to tell you the time, or pad invoices
- Judge you, or criticise you behind your back
PS- All of our Associates are fully house-trained, and if they are ever impolite, or don’t wash up their cups please let us know and we will tell their mums.
