Too often we assume that people have more information that they do. High performing teams ensure that they have considered conversations about what other people or groups need to know. Is there an imbalance of information which, if corrected, could improve results. This may be as simple as explaining why something is needed, expanding on the information you’ve provided, filling people in on relevant organisational history, or being clear about what you respond best to.
