Love Umbrellas make GORGEOUS high-end statement umbrellas, sold in the fashion and wedding markets, as well as wholesale to national brands like NotOnTheHighStreet.com.

Love Umbrellas have been growing steadily for a number of years, and are starting to have an impact in the wholesale market. In order to prepare for the additional process, and larger orders which new wholesale clients will bring, Founder, Klair identified a need to review the structure of the business, put in place plans for growth, and look at the roles the business will require for growth.

We worked with the business to review the business strategy for growth, and to understand the likely impact of new wholesale orders. We also looked at marketing strategy, and other ways of getting the “Love Umbrellas” story out to the right people.

Love Umbrellas created a new role very quickly after the initial sessions, and mapped out a growth plan which will generate additional roles over the coming months. The business has increased their reach and are in the process of developing exciting links with new wholesale clients.

Having admired Love Umbrellas from afar, it was a delight to be able to work with them on this project. The business is just on the brink of dramatically increased growth – with the potential to significantly grow the team and increase the amount of time available for pursuing larger wholesale orders.

Klair has a great vision for the company, and has a great story to tell – we’re excited to see what’s next for Love Umbrellas! They are definitely one to watch!

Founder Klair said: “The sessions were invaluable, as the business owner completing 90% of all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks, you sometimes get bogged down with the day to day-ness, and forget how important it is to reflect on your business, and work towards long term goals.

I have since enrolled on a local course assisting in building personal self esteem, and confidence, as I feel that this was highlighted, and is holding me back in the success of the business.

A role has been created to assist in the day to day running of the business, allowing me to work on the business, building the brand, and looking to create wholesale relationships with retailers.
