We are providers for a European funded programme called EDP (Executive Development Programme). This project allows us to support 3 days of fully funded support to a growth business which meets the project criteria.
Broadly, eligible organisations are:
Registered in Greater Manchester
Operating wholly or mostly business-to-business
Seeking to grow and increase employee numbers over the next 3 years.
Usually have a team of 5 or more.
The programme would involve a business modelling exercise which we would facilitate and the remainder of the training would be based on the needs and priorities identified as part of that session and/or based on initial discussions or current assessment of needs. This means we can offer very tailored support – looking at any aspect of the business linked to growth. We usually deliver training at your premises and the programme means you can access a range of people in our team, with specialism in all sorts of things, including sales, marketing, franchising, customer services, process, strategy, public speaking, networking, growth planning etc. One of your team members would be the named executive for the programme – they would attend all of the training/workshops – as many or as few other members of your team as you think is appropriate can attend the sessions.
The timescales of this programme are relatively tight – if you wanted to apply we’d need to put in an application in your behalf in the next few weeks – but it is a relatively short form, and we can complete most of it. The training would need to start before the end of Feb (but could start sooner if preferred).
This is a second phase of a project which we’ve previously delivered on – the results for the businesses we worked with in the first round were great and they achieved or exceeded their growth plans.
