We know it is important that you understand the information we keep about you, and how we use it. We do not use mailing lists for marketing, and we never sell data. All of the information we keep is kept for contractual basis – this will be because you have contacted us and asked to work with us, or because we are working under contract with another organisation (usually a funder, university or support organisation) and you have agreed that they can pass your contact details to us so that we can work with you.

All information is kept securely and is password protected or encrypted.

We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office, Isla Wilson is our accountable officer.
