Guest Blog from Teach The Music

This week at RubyStar Associates we have been thrilled to have Sophie Dillon with us on work experience. Despite still being at school Sophie has already launched her first business- check it out at www.teachthemusic.com. We asked Sophie to write our blog this week, to tell us what she had enjoyed, what she had learned, and anything which she had found surprising. We think what she says about the experience is really lovely. See what you think. We’d loved having her around, she has impressed everyone she has dealt with, and we are proud to know her.

Isla, from Ruby Star Associates, has showed me the business life this past week. Isla made two amazing foresights on ‘What Big Businesses Do, That Small Businesses Should’  The foresights were amazing in my opinion as Isla decided what five points she would use by analysing the people there, from their 40 seconds briefing. I got the impression that Ruby Star Associates is a much respected company. Isla also assessed the director of a small business, giving him detailed feedback to the answers he had provided. Other members of the team seemed just as enthusiastic and helpful as Isla. This week, I have learnt how to present information in a confident way and also I have learnt some really good tips for internet marketing from Chris and Al, from Ruby Star Associates. Ruby Star Associates is a lovely company to be in business with.
